Nanoform series SPDT

Using a diamond tool machining process, ultra-precision manufacturing is achieved with form accuracy (P–V) of ≤ 0.1 µm and surface roughness (RMS) of 2 nm. 

The process is highly specialized for the fabrication of lenses and mirrors made from non-ferrous metals and single-crystal ceramic materials.

IRP series

Equipped with a 7-axis controlled freeform precision polishing system, optical surface machining is performed using slurry and polishing pads. 

Ultra-precision processing is achieved with form accuracy (RMS) of 12 nm and surface roughness (RMS) of 1.5 nm. 

The system is specialized for the fabrication of lenses and reflective optics made from non-ferrous metals and single-crystal ceramic materials.
